In the Summit package, we offer an experienced book coach to take your brilliance and turn it into a trade paperback or hardcover book, supporting you with bi-weekly calls through the writing process, and editing your final draft. Together, you and your co-writer will develop the book, with Rise Books providing all the editorial, production, publishing, and publicity services your book deserves, along with national sales and distribution.

24 months out - launch COACHING

  • Determine paperback or hardcover (Additional $10,000 cost for hardcover)

  • Create outline and writing plan

  • Develop content, stories, research, and themes in the book

  • Bi-weekly calls with coach for prompts and feedback

18 months out - launch WRITING

  • Write, revise, and edit book from first to polished draft

  • Finish and include all research, stories, and permissions for book

  • Begin to utilize content across platforms

  • Bi-weekly calls with coach for feedback and edits

12 months out - launch editorial

  • Determine paperback or hardcover (Additional $15,000 cost for hardcover)

  • Deliver manuscript

  • Begin book jacket design

9 months out - launch production

  • Submit manuscript for advanced praise

  • Present title to Simon & Schuster

  • Share manuscript with subrights representation - audiobook, foreign rights, TV & film, and digital assets
